Casa de Rosal

Casa de Rosal is a 55-unit affordable elderly project located in the Villa Park neighborhood in central Denver. Medici consulted to Volunteers of America and National Affordable Housing Trust during the financing, development and construction of the project which involved funding from the Federal Home Loan Bank, State of Colorado and City and County of Denver. Other services Medici provided including negotiations with Colorado Department of Health as well as implementing the Enterprise Green Communities program for the project.
