Medici consulted the non-profit owner of three project-based Section 8 apartment properties located east of downtown Colorado Springs in identifying options available to the owner as the properties' financing structure began to expire. Medici continued as the owner's representative during the purchase and sale of the properties and related negotiations with HUD and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority.
