Westmeadow
Westmeadow Apartment homes is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, at the intersection of Academy Blvd. and Westmeadow Drive. The project is 100% affordable with most of the units targeting 60% of AMI rents. The Colorado Springs Housing Authority is a special limited partner in the project and brought resources allowing some of the units to be deeply discounted. This project was completed under a separate partnership. Nook and Associates was the design architect on this project.
